Ames RAGBRAI is Tuesday, July 25 and Wednesday, July 26. An Official Licensed Vendor Permit is required for anyone selling outside their place of business during the event. This requirement overrides all city and university permits during the event.
All vendor requirements are due on June 1. Notification of vendor acceptance and confirmation of vendor location will be June 15.

Please fill out the vendor application form and return to Discover Ames. Regardless of whether you will be accepting money at your booth all vendors must be permitted and approved by Discover Ames.
Locations of vendors will be assigned on June 15. When filling out your vendor application please indicate what locations you are interested in being assigned to.
