Ames Main Street Farmers’ Market | May 2 – October 17, 2026

Special Olympics Iowa Summer Games | May 21 – 23, 2026

Location: Story City
Scandinavian Days is the annual town celebration in Story City and they are looking for volunteers to assist with North Park Activities. To learn more and sign up, click HERE.
USA Track & Field Iowa State Meet | June 20-21, 2026
Location: Cyclone Sports Complex
Volunteers are needed to assist announcers and athletes as well as events like hurdles, high jump, and more, click HERE.
Downtown 4th of July Parade | July 4, 2026

Iowa Masters Golf Tournament | July 10-12, 2026
Location: Veenker Memorial Golf Course
Join us in supporting the Iowa Masters! We’re looking for volunteers to help as greeters and ball spotters throughout the weekend. Each volunteer will receive a meal ticket for use before/during/after their shift and an invitation to our volunteer appreciation pizza party, click HERE.
