A link to the assigned shuttle times will be posted here when available.

Shuttle times are listed in alphabetical order by last name of the person that registered the shuttle.

The person listed as the onsite contact person while in Ames will be the one that receives the shuttle information. If you need to change that contact, please email Katie Kramer at katiek@discoverames.com.

The shuttle will bring you from the Des Moines International Airport to Team Check-in located on Iowa State University campus at the Scheman Building. From there, you’ll learn where you are staying on campus and another shuttle will take you to your housing location. If you are arriving to campus after midnight, your shuttle will take you to Maple-Willow-Larch for late check-ins. Officials will be taken to Gateway Hotel.
