Winter Hike

Looking for a way to get outdoors this winter? Look no further! The Outdoor Alliance of Story County is leading a nature hike at McFarland Park, co-sponsored by Story County Conservation. This adventure is for all ages, has no fee, and doesn’t have a registration deadline! We will meet at the west end of the parking lot on Thursday, Jan. 26 at 1:30 p.m. Hike is scheduled to end at 3:30 p.m. but may run short under harsh conditions. Be sure to dress for the weather and bring a snack. Unless otherwise notified, the hike will go on as long as the roads are safe to drive.

This hike is intended for all ages. Dogs are not allowed.
