Trace Adkins at Central Iowa Expo

Central Iowa Expo has announced an outdoor concert event featuring Trace Adkins on June 22.

The singer has a 25-year career in country music, sold more than 11 million albums, charted over 20 singles, earned numerous awards and Grammy nominations, and garnered over two billion streams. Adkins has been a Grand Ole Opry member for nearly two decades and is known for his dynamic baritone and for his fiery and always-memorable live performances. His career also include film and TV acting.

Opening for Adkins is Walker Montgomery, who has been chosen as an Artist to Watch by Country Now, Music Mayhem Magazine, Sounds Like Nashville, and The Boot. The Country Next pick by Country Now is a rising singer/songwriter who knows a thing or two about family tradition, but he’s an artist making his own legacy. The 21-year-old son of John Michael Montgomery and nephew of Montgomery Gentry’s Eddie Montgomery pedigree is matched only by his country passion.
