Stories of the Seasons

Come engage in a hands-on, interactive workshop about gathering seasonal noticings of spring and create a one-of-a-kind ecological calendar to take home. These calendars connect environmental cues with our relationship to the world around us.

Participants will tap into personal experience, collective knowledge, and the seasonal rhythms of the earth for their creations. Focusing on the transition to spring, we will explore participant stories to mark the passage of the seasons and annual cycles through writing prompts and discussion.

Presented in partnership with Ames Public Library and Landscapes of Hope. Supported by the Ames Public Library Friends Foundation.
