September Planetarium Show: Moon of the Solar System
The Planetarium at Iowa State University presents “Moons of the Solar System”, an interactive educational presentation about moons beyond the Earth! Each show will run approximately 30-35 minutes. Please plan to arrive early or stay late to enjoy related hands-on activities shared by volunteers from the Department of Physics and Astronomy. Due to the immersive nature of the planetarium, guests who arrive more than 5 minutes late cannot be seated.
The planetarium is located in the basement of Physics Hall. Volunteers and signage will be available to assist with directions. Parking is available near the building (ISU lots 26, 36, 32, 30) and is free after 5:30 pm.
