Paint the Park Concert
Featuring artist and musician Chad Elliott
Reiman Gardens presents the “Paint the Park” Concert, an enchanting evening of live music, art, and nature on Sunday, Sept. 15 at Reiman Gardens.
The “Paint the Park” Concert will feature a live performance from Iowa folksinger and artist Chad Elliott. In the morning, guests can watch Chad “paint the park” as he creates a plein-air painting of Reiman Gardens. There will be a drop-in craft session from 1-3 p.m. (mini canvas painting with easels) for a fee of $5 while supplies last. Attendees are invited to stroll through the Gardens, which will remain open for exploration throughout the day.
Schedule:
- 10 a.m. Chad Elliott paints plein-air at a location of his choosing in Reiman Gardens
- 1-3 p.m. Drop in Crafts
- 3-5:30 p.m. Cash bar provided by ISU Catering
- 3:30-5 p.m. Live Concert by Chad Elliott
- 6 p.m. Gardens close
Ticket Information: Tickets for the “Paint the Park” Concert are available for purchase now at reimangardens.com/events or at the door. A two-dollar discount off the regular price of admission is being offered as part of the Cyclone Family Weekend celebration.
