Mexico City Street Foods: Quesadillas!
Mexico City is known for its gastronomy, and that includes it’s amazing street food! When you walk at night it’s common to find a small “puesto” where they make quesadillas on the spot. Now the name may fool you, but in central Mexico quesadillas don’t always have cheese! Fillings often include chicken tinga, mushrooms, potato with chorizo, potato and cheese, and many more, including some uncommon ones that would shock you!
