Kids Summer Blast: Water Day

Kids in first through fifth grade are invited to have a blast with the Ames Public Library! Our next Kids Summer Blast event will be a “Water Day” on Thursday, July 27, at 1:30 p.m. at Bandshell Park (125 E 5th St). Beat the heat with us at Bandshell Park! We’ll play all sorts of water games and end with a water balloon battle! Please wear clothes and shoes that can get wet, and bring your own towel.

  • Helping advance tourism developments like CyTown and The LINC
  • Advocating for tourism with elected officials- Local & State
  • Driving converstations on a new Fieldhouse in Ames
  • Collaborating with Ames Alliance, iTIP, City of Ames, ISU & Visit Boone County
