Fifth and Clark Fridays
The 2026 Spring leg of our Fifth and Clark Fridays continues with Brother Trucker and Bad Vibes.
Brother Trucker delivers the kind of hard hitting, blue collar Americana that could only come from Iowa’s Trailer Records lineage—gritty stories, big grooves, and a live show that hits like a freight train. The band has spent 25+ years turning Midwestern characters into anthems, sharing stages with legends from Leon Russell to Al Green, and carrying forward the raw, soulful spirit of “The Iowa Sound.” Their latest release, Live at Octopus, captures them at full voltage: tight, loud, and unmistakably alive.
Admission to this event is $10. Advance tickets are on sale now, or you can pay at the door. Students will receive 2-for-1 admission by showing their student IDs at the door!
