Anime Ames 2026
On Saturday, October 24, come down to the Gateway Hotel and Conference Center for the third year of Anime Ames!
The first and only anime convention held in Ames, Iowa~ Anime Ames is a one-day convention dedicated to providing a fun, safe, affordable, and accessible event that caters to anime, gaming, and pop culture fans of all types and ages. We feature a vendor and artists’ hall, video game tournaments, cosplay contest (With Prizes!), rave, panels, workshops, and other various performances. We also invite celebrated voice actors and cosplay guests for photoshoots and meet-and-greets as well.
This year’s guests include talent from shows such as Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, Gachiakuta, Wand & Wisteria, and more! With performances by Midwest Mirai, the Iso Idols, Norsefyre Circus, and so much more, make sure to come on down and check us out.
