Discover Ames is excited to offer it’s first ever Ames Event Vendor Fair designed to showcase all the services available to support a successful event right here in Ames! We will be inviting event planners from all over Iowa to attend, giving your business the opportunity to highlight your services directly to your target market. Additionally, we will be designing and distributing an event planning guide to all attendees that will include all vendor information. This guide will be available to download on our website as well, providing your business long term exposure.
Please complete the form below no later than Friday July 26th, 2024 to be considered as a vendor. All vendors must be a service/product for an event to participate.
Date: Wednesday September 4th, 2024
Time: 2pm-6pm (setup will be either morning of or day before, TBD)
Location: CPMI Event Center 2321 N Loop Dr, Ames
Cost: $300 (non-partners/supporters)/ $0-No charge(partners/supporters)

Indoor Spaces will include a 6ft table and 2 chairs. Limited spots available with electrical access (you will need to provide your own extension cords).
Outdoor Spaces will be exclusive for food trucks and vendors that large displays and will be uncovered.
