Melissa Muschick is the new director of partner & community engagement for Discover Ames. In this role, she will develop and execute strategies to recruit Ames-area partners and supporters, strengthen relationships with Discover Ames partners, and enhance business development in targeted markets.
Muschick is the former vice president of Saltech Systems in Ames, a web and mobile app development firm in Ames. At Saltech, she took on a wide range of roles encompassing organizational management, business development, marketing, payroll, accounting, and human resources. Prior to her work with Saltech Systems, Muschick was a vice president at Heuss Printing, Inc. in Ames.
