Justin is passionate about connecting people to Ames and showcasing all the incredible opportunities the city offers for events, visitors, and the community. With a talent for building relationships and creating meaningful connections, he thrives on helping individuals and organizations reach their goals.

“Outside of cheering on the Cyclones, I really enjoy the wide variety of offerings that Ames provides—great restaurants, local bars, farmer’s markets, live music, art festivals, cattle shows, wineries, and breweries—all within the charm of a small town and the convenience of low traffic,” Justin says.

A highlight of his time in Ames has been meeting his wife, Shannon, and purchasing their first home together in their dream neighborhood—within walking distance to tailgating. In his free time, Justin enjoys attending Iowa State sporting events, spending time with their dog Tracer, playing golf, visiting breweries and wineries, traveling, and making memories with family.
