Paint Your Own Pottery

Get cozy in The Workspace and paint cocoa mugs, soup bowls, pumpkins, and gourds. Embrace the fall season’s spooky skulls, scary spiders, and Frankenstein monsters. Whether a blanket snuggler or a Halloweenie, find an autumn craft perfect for you!

Open to all ages if accompanied by an adult.

Drop in Tuesday-Friday 2-9pm and Saturday 10am-4pm, and paint with us or take a kit to go! Price varies depending on what you choose.

Find us in the east basement of the Memorial Union. Paid parking is available adjacent to the building.

  • Providing top-tier service before, during and after each event

  • Helping advance tourism developments like CyTown and The LINC
  • Advocating for tourism with elected officials- Local & State
  • Driving converstations on a new Fieldhouse in Ames
  • Collaborating with Ames Alliance, iTIP, City of Ames, ISU & Visit Boone County
