Music & Conversation Between Friends
The Ames Writers Collective is celebrating its first birthday! The main event, Music & Conversation Between Friends, features Deb Marquart and The Bone People, along with authors Tom Montgomery Fate and John T. Price. Tickets may be purchased through Stephens Auditorium.

Sept. 25: The Pop-up Swift Literary Festival at the Annual Octagon Art Festival (10 a.m. –Â 4 p.m.)
Sept. 29: Author Spotlight held in partnership with KHOI Radio featuring poet Dennis Maulsby LIVE at KHOI (6:30-8 p.m.)
Nov. 6: Words Meet Art and “John Buck: Prints and Sculpture” at the Brunnier Art Museum (2-4 p.m.).
