Lily DeTaeye

Ames City Auditorium presents Des Moines artist Lily DeTaeye. Admission is $5 at the door. DeTaeye is an Iowa native with a foundation in alt rock, folk, and blues. In DeTaeye’s music, there are no secrets. Her songs are wry and filled with the emotional honesty of a young Dwight Yoakam and the dynamism of Brandi Carlile. Through achingly truthful lyrics and an authentic stage presence, DeTaeye brings audiences together as she tours her way across the country.
