Jazz Night Rocks
Rockhounds and Jazzers have a lot in common – both find beauty in unexpected places, accept blemishes, make spiritual connections with their pursuits, care deeply about their collections, aren’t in it for the money, and will talk your ear off about their latest discovery. Jazz 2.0 and the ISU Jazz Combos will present tunes named after gemstones, made famous by Glenn Miller, Avishai Cohen, Joe Henderson, Ryan Haines, Rahsaan Roland Kirk, Lennie Niehaus, Chick Corea, and Julian Lage.
Admission is $10 for the general public. ISU students and youth under 18 are free. Tickets can be purchased at the door prior to the performance.
