ISU Symphony Orchestra

ISU Symphony Orchestra will be performing Symphony Fantastic by Hector Berlioz, a pioneering five-movement program symphony telling a tale of an artist’s obsessive love, despair, and hallucinations. The work features an idée fixe—a recurring melody representing the beloved—and was inspired by Berlioz’s own infatuation with actress Harriet Smithson.

Admission is $10 for the general public. ISU students and youth under 18 are free. Tickets can be purchased at the door prior to the performance.
