Join Dr. Pamela Riney-Kehrberg, Distinguished Professor, Department of History, on Zoom as she reveals highlights from a student cookbook assignment in her “America Eats” history course. This program offers a flavorful mix of family traditions from Italian, Swedish, and Mexican grandmothers to childhood memories of “lunch lady” cinnamon rolls.
