Ames Main Street Farmers’ Market

The Ames Main Street Farmers Market is a community event that brings people together to enjoy the bounty of locally grown produce, delicious baked goods, and beautifully hand-crafted items.

There are just two more markets left this season! Today’s market features Hovick Family Petting Zoo from 9 a.m. to noon, plus musical entertainment by Ace Jones starting at 9 a.m.

Led by the Ames Chamber of Commerce, the Ames Main Street Farmers’ Market provides a showcase for consumers to buy directly from local vendors/producers, offering seasonal fresh fruit, vegetables, meats, cheeses, arts, crafts, fresh flowers, plants, and much more. In addition to the variety of vendors, the market also provides live local entertainment and free children’s activities.
