LOCATION  These streets will be closed to host the event:

• 5th Street from Burnett Ave. to Douglas Ave.
• Douglas Ave. from Main St. to 5th St.
• Kellogg Ave. from the alley to 5th St.
• Burnett Ave. from the alley to 5th St.
