The PLEX is a 32,000 square foot facility opened and made possible by the work of Christ Community Church of Ames. Built to encourage and foster life-changing activities and relationships for kids, students, and adults, The PLEX opened in 2009 with amenities to cater to various needs. Amenities include two full-length hardwood courts, an auditorium with 250 removable seats, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, two 50-seat capacity classrooms, and a large athletic field for soccer, flag football, and more.
