Southeast Recreation Complex

The Southeast Complex is located east of Jack Trice Stadium and is newly renovated with irrigated turf. It be can broken down into the north and south pod. Below is the breakdown by pod, as well as total combined space. Lights are available, which allows play later into the evening.

North Pod (5 acres of competition space): 

• 2 full size soccer fields (can fit more smaller ones)
• 3 intramural size soccer fields
• 3 ultimate fields
• 2 softball fields

South Pod (10 acres of competition space):

• 2 full size soccer fields (can fit more smaller ones)
• 6 intramural size soccer fields
• 6 ultimate fields
• 4 softball fields
• 8 sand volleyball courts

Combined Competition Space:

• Total acreage, including parking and softball fields is 34 acres
• 4 full size soccer fields (can do more smaller ones)
• 9 intramural size soccer fields
• 9 ultimate fields
• 6 softball fields
• 8 Sand volleyball court

Concessions/Catering: No concessions but food trucks are allowed onsite. Must be Iowa State Approved vendor.

Locker Rooms/Restrooms: No locker rooms but there are five individual restrooms
