Loya’s Little House B&B sits in the Skunk River valley just north of Ames. It’s the perfect place to book a room for a quiet, rural getaway.

Reserve the whole house for a family reunion or an ISU football weekend with friends. The house can sleep up to 16 people in four bedrooms, each with a private bath.
