An Ames favorite since 1975, Flame and Skewer has been serving up delicious food and familiar favorites for generations.

Now in its new home on Wheeler Street, this longtime locally owned restaurant is known for its unique mix of Greek and American dishes. Dig into a gyro, steak sandwich, burger, Mo’s on Rice, or one of the many other favorites that have kept Ames diners coming back year after year.
