The original farm of 648 acres was purchased in 1859, and the first permanent structure on campus, the Farm House, was built in 1860-1861 to house the model farm superintendent.
Today, the Farm House Museum is a National Historic Landmark that takes you back in time, immersing you in the lives of those who lived and farmed here on campus between 1860 and 1910.
Hours: Monday through Friday, noon – 4:00 PM. Closed weekends, University holidays, and University breaks
