DESCRIPTION:Explore your senses with a Forest Bathing Walk every season, with activities unique to each one.\nForest therapy, inspired by Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese philosophy of “forest bathing,” boosts immunity, lowers blood pressure and stress hormones, prevents and relieves stress and anxiety, and increases cognitive functioning.\nBrandy Case Haub, Certified Forest Therapy Guide and owner of Intertwined: Nature + Forest Therapy, will lead participants of all abilities on a slow, meditative walk where less than a ½ mile is covered.
