You will learn where and how you can ethically and sustainably harvest wild foods, and how to prepare them. Come ready to help harvest, cook, and most importantly EAT! The class will begin with a lesson on identification, rules, and tools and transition to a leisurely identification hike. Then it’s time to prepare, cook, and sample the flavors of the season!
