DESCRIPTION:\nJoin us for “The Wizarding Express” on Sunday, Aug. 25 at the Boone and Scenic Valley Railroad in Boone. Participants can take part in activities, games, photo opportunities, and a special train trip to the Y-Camp. At the Y-Camp, you can attend classes such as “Caring for Magical Creatures” and herbology. Food vendors will also be available.\nWizards, witches and non-magic alike (students and alumni) are cordially invited to book your ticket for Aug. 25 when the train departs from Platform 8-3/4 to Rivertracks School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.\nDress in your best Wizarding robes and join us for this fantastic half-day experience! You will find classrooms, food and beverage vendors, photo ops, and fun activities at both the depot and Rivertracks. But please bring non-magic money (cash) for your feasts as we can’t rely on the non-magic interspace connections at Rivertracks.\n\nThis event is presented in partnership with The Ericson Public Library, The Y Camp, Boone County Conservation, and the Boone and Scenic Valley Railroad.
