DESCRIPTION:The Story County Amateur Radio Club (SCARC) will participate in Field Day, an annual nation-wide amateur radio event, on Saturday, June 22, and Sunday, June 23, 2024.\nWe invite the public to join us from 2-6 p.m. on Saturday or 9 a.m. to noon on Sunday to learn more about amateur radio, emergency preparedness, and the club’s public service activities.\nWe will be located near the ISU College of Veterinary Medicine in Ames at the intersection of South 16th Street and South Riverside Drive near University Blvd.\n
