Shopping continues through Saturday, Aug. 3.\nSponsored by the City of Ames, the ISU Office of Sustainability, and other non-profit organizations, this community-wide garage sale helps to keep reusable items out of the waste stream. Items are donated, and volunteers from non-profit groups help fun the sale and share in the profit.\nThe event is timed during lease change-over at the end of July.\nThis year’s event hours are:\nItem Drop-off ONLY\n\nFriday, July 26, noon – 6 p.m.\n\nSales and Drop-off\n\nSaturday, July 27, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.\nSunday, July 28, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.\nMonday, July 29 – Friday, Aug. 2, noon – 6 p.m.\n\nHalf-Price Sales (no drop-off)\n\nSaturday, Aug. 3, 8 a.m. – noon\n\nDonations may be dropped off at the Intermodal Facility from noon to 6 p.m. on Friday, July 26, and during sale hours through Friday, Aug. 2.
